I've placed my order, so where can I find the tracking number for my shipment?

In order to keep our shipping as inexpensive as possible, we do not include tracking numbers as that increases cost.

I'm concerned about security when shopping online. Why doesn't your shopping cart use HTTPS and an SSL certificate?

Since we don't actually process the payments, we don't need to worry about securing credit card information. All of that is handled through our payment processing provider, PayPal.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We use flat rate shipping and since we sell mostly small items, we calculate shipping based on the approximate quantity we can fit in flat rate shipping boxes. For less than 15 items, shipping is $5. For 16 to 30 items, shipping is $10. For 31 to 45 items, shipping is $15. For orders of 46 or more items, shipping is $0.50 per item. If you'd like to place a large order, you can always email us at kenny@scooterdad.com for a custom order with custom shipping quotes.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we ship within the US only. If you'd like to discuss custom shipping options, please email us at kenny@scooterdad.com.

There was a problem with my order or my shipment. What should I do?

If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at kenny@scooterdad.com and we will do what we can to fix the issue.

How can I make a change to my order?

Depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process, we may be able to make modifications to your order. However, this will likely cause your order to be delayed somewhat. If you would like to make a change to your order, please email us at kenny@scooterdad.com with your name, email address, phone number, and order number and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
